UK Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 for reliable, fully tracked delivery.
Standard Delivery (Tracked 48):
- Orders under £20: £6.99
- Orders £20–£29.99: £4.99
- Orders £30–£49.99: £3.50
- Orders £50 and over: FREE
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 2–3 working days.
Next Day Upgrade (Tracked 24): available at checkout from £2.50 extra. Order by 3pm for same-day dispatch; orders placed after 3pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. Excludes UK bank holidays.
Saturday Delivery: available — order by 3pm on Friday for weekend delivery.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide (excluding Jellycat). Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling charges set by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
General Information
Once you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number, items and delivery method. Please check it carefully and contact us straight away, quoting your order number, if anything looks incorrect. Once an order has been dispatched we’re unable to accept changes.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. Most orders arrive within the stated time, but during busy periods there may be occasional delays — we’ll email you if so.
Delivery Discounts
We reserve the right to change or withdraw any delivery discount, such as free delivery, at any time without prior notice. Free delivery is available for UK addresses only.
Personalised Gifts
Due to their nature, personalised gifts may take a little longer to be made, packed and dispatched.

Due to courier restrictions, from time to time we may be unable to offer the next day upgrade to the following postcodes: AB, BT, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE.
