Ordering and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. You will see all available options at checkout.
Can I collect my online order in store?
Yes. You are welcome to order online and collect from our shop on King Street in Stirling. If you would like to arrange collection, just contact us and we will have it ready for you.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Contempo gift cards are available both online and in store, so you can let someone choose their own perfect gift.
Delivery
How much does UK delivery cost?
Our standard UK delivery is priced as follows:
- Orders under £20: £6.99
- Orders £20 to £29.99: £4.99
- Orders £30 to £49.99: £3.50
- Orders £50 and over: free
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 2 to 3 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48. A next day upgrade and Saturday delivery are also available at checkout. You can see full details on our shipping page.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide on all products except Jellycat, which we can only send within the UK. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Simply email us at customer.service@contempo.gifts to let us know, then send the item back in its original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Gifts and wrapping
Do you offer gift wrapping?
In store, we wrap every purchase in tissue paper so it is ready to give, and we have a lovely selection of gift bags available to buy if you would like one. We do not currently offer a separate gift wrapping service.
Our products
Do you stock Jellycat?
Yes! We are a proud independent Jellycat stockist with one of the largest ranges in the area, and new characters arrive regularly. Browse the full Jellycat collection. Please note Jellycat can only be delivered within the UK.
Is your Harris Tweed genuine?
Yes. All of our Harris Tweed is the real thing, woven by hand in the Outer Hebrides and carrying the official Orb mark. You can learn more in our guide to Harris Tweed or browse the Harris Tweed collection.
Do you sell Scottish gifts?
We do, and lots of them. From Highland cow favourites to genuine Harris Tweed and Scottish treats, you will find plenty in our Scottish gifts collection.
Visiting our shop
Where are you and what are your opening hours?
You will find us at 19 King Street, Stirling, FK8 1DN. Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm
- Saturday: 9:30am to 6pm
- Sunday: 10:30am to 5:30pm
Is there parking nearby?
We are right in the centre of Stirling on King Street, with public car parks and on street parking a short walk away.
