Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Baby Nessie holds your loose leaf tea in her silicone belly and stands on the bottom of the cup with her long neck resting against the rim, so she never vanishes under the water. Fill the base, click the top shut, and let her steep. Lift her out by the neck when the tea is exactly how you like it. She is a firm favourite in our kitchenware range.

Made from food-grade silicone in a fresh lime green, she rinses clean in seconds and goes straight in the dishwasher. Best with proper leaf tea rather than fine ground or powdered blends. A lovely small treat, and one of the easiest Scottish gifts to pop in the post.
