Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £3.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

Saturday Delivery: Available – order by 3pm Friday for weekend delivery.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s how:

1. Email us at customer.service@contempo.gifts to let us know you’d like to make a return.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Exchanges

Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Same 30 day window, and it works the same way whether you’re in the UK or overseas.

Pale blue silicone with a chunky red zip and a little row of dangling food charms along the side. It is squishy, wipe clean and far tougher than a fabric case, which matters once it has lived at the bottom of a school bag for a term. It sits nicely with the rest of our stationery.
