We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Transparent umbrellas are the only kind you can actually see through on a crowded pavement, and this one has the message printed in red around the canopy so it reads properly once it is up. It is a genuinely useful thing dressed up as a joke, and it fits nicely into our gift range.
