Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £3.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s how:

1. Email us at customer.service@contempo.gifts to let us know you’d like to make a return.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Same 30 day window, and it works the same way whether you’re in the UK or overseas.

The Rue mugs keep things simple and do it beautifully. A soft off-white body is dipped by hand into a deep indigo glaze, giving each mug a clean colour block and a slightly different waterline. At 260ml they are sized for a flat white, a matcha or a proper macchiato rather than a bucket of tea. There is more of the same quiet good sense in the Kindred Mugs range.
