Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. A little wooden Highland cow wrapped by hand in coarse brown mohair and finished with a stainless steel key ring. The mohair is dyed and wound individually, so no two come out quite the same. This is the brown one, the closest to a real coo.

In Scotland these are affectionately called hairy coos, and anyone who has stood next to one knows the coat is rougher than it looks. The mohair gets that right, and it sits well against the smooth wooden base underneath.

It weighs almost nothing, which is why it is one of the things we post abroad most often. There is a blue version too.
